Hello, my name is Michael Cooper, I’m in my early 20’s and live in England.

Lets get this first thing straight, I am unhealthy, I am very overweight and I want to change. This is where this blog comes is.

I want to stay on track to being healthier, fitter and happier so I figured I could write down what I eat, what I do each day with a couple of recipes thrown in (I am very good at cooking). As I lose my weight and get stronger I will gladly offer my advice and tips that I pick up on my journey. I hope those who read this blog find it informative and maybe I can help those of you trying to get in shape.
